Janet began her career at Procter & Gamble and moved into the healthcare industry, holding human resources and operations management roles. She joined one of North America’s premier retained executive search firms in 1994 where she recruited Director through Board level candidates across a wide spectrum of industries.
Janet established Janet Pause & Associates in 1999 and continued to work with a variety of clients in manufacturing, distribution, construction, food service, healthcare, professional services and not-for-profit. She also dedicated five years to a boutique search firm as partner, adding the insurance sector to her portfolio and recruiting North American executives for international positions.
